My blood is running cold

Ozzie. :heart:
Pistol's older 'brother'. Not related by blood but they are pretty much adopted by the same man.
He's an unstable psychopath that brutally tortures people to death for fun and to survive. He lives off of pain rather than fear like Pistol does.

He has lots of stitches and bone-like tattoos all over his body. Ozzie's lucky his face is somewhat normal, he can easily blend in with people.
