He's masochistic and sadistic...yeeaaa...
He can't die, so he's horribly amused with being disemboweled and all that wonderful gorey stuff; His favorite would be the gouging of eyes. Under that little maskgag of his he has very sharp and long sharp teeth, almost pin-needle like. That is why he normally has it on.
